Terms of Service

Who we are. BibleCast is operated by TeeWiz d.o.o., Prilaz Vladislava Brajkovića 11, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia (court register MBS 081671476, OIB 35789667386). Contact: hello@mybiblecast.com.

What BibleCast is. BibleCast creates personal daily audio episodes and a written companion, based on the answers you give us. Episodes and companion replies are generated with artificial intelligence, guided by your answers and your stated faith tradition. They are made with care, but they are not the words of God, of clergy, or of any church, and they are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or pastoral). For sacraments, confession, and spiritual direction, please speak with your church.

Age. You must be 18 or older to use BibleCast.

Your subscription. BibleCast offers a paid weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts. Unless you cancel at least before the trial ends, the trial automatically becomes a paid weekly subscription at the price shown at checkout, and renews weekly until cancelled. You can also buy one-time unlocks ("listen now") at the price shown.

Cancelling. Cancel anytime in Account → Plan & billing, which opens your billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling is no harder than subscribing.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

Your content and conduct. Answers you give us are used to prepare your episodes (see the Privacy Policy). Don't use BibleCast unlawfully or attempt to disrupt the service.

Availability. We aim for daily episodes but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If an episode cannot be prepared in time, we provide a replacement episode.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law. Croatian law; EU consumer protection rules apply where mandatory. Disputes: courts of Zagreb, Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect.
