Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your onboarding answers (name, age band, faith tradition, interests, season of life, listening habits, goal, and anything you choose to share), your email address, playback and usage events, feedback, companion messages, and billing status. We do not collect payment card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe.

Religious data — explicit consent. Your faith tradition and related answers are special-category data under Article 9 GDPR. We process them only with your explicit consent, given at the start of the quiz, and only to prepare your episodes and companion replies. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, which erases this data.

How we use data. To generate your personal episodes and companion replies (our processors for this are Anthropic — script text, and ElevenLabs — audio voice), to run your subscription (Stripe), to store your data (Supabase, hosted in the EU), to serve the app (Vercel), and — only with your separate consent — to measure product usage (PostHog, EU servers). We never sell your data, and we never share your answers with advertising platforms; ad platforms receive only the fact that a purchase or page view happened.

Retention. Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account erases your profile, answers, episodes (including audio), messages, and feedback; billing records are kept as required by tax law.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — write to hello@mybiblecast.com. You may complain to your supervisory authority (in Croatia: AZOP).

Cookies and consent. Only strictly necessary cookies run by default. Analytics runs only after you accept it in the consent banner; the banner fires before any analytics pixel loads.
